We have had discussion about all ideas in this area - flexible DB, DC Plus and CDC. This week we wanted to focus on collective defined contribution schemes, details of all can be found in the consultation document (link below).

Defined Ambition, is trying to bridge the gap between risk of employers and employees in either DB or DC schemes. Now is the time to have your say, before the consultation ends. Will these proposals achieve greater risk sharing?
